Growth Labz provides Android app development services, including but not limited to mobile application development, AI integration, UI/UX design, app maintenance, and technical consulting. Specific services will be defined in individual project agreements.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate project requirements and necessary materials
• Respond to communications within reasonable timeframes
• Make timely payments as per agreed terms
• Provide feedback and approvals when requested
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Intellectual Property

Client-Owned Content: You retain ownership of all content, materials, and information you provide to us.

Developed Applications: Upon full payment, ownership of the developed application and its source code transfers to the client, unless otherwise specified in the project agreement.

Growth Labz Property: We retain rights to our development methodologies, tools, frameworks, and any pre-existing intellectual property.

5. Payment Terms

• Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment
• Refund policies are project-specific and will be outlined in agreements

6. Project Timelines

Project timelines are estimates based on the information provided. Delays caused by client feedback, additional requirements, or unforeseen technical challenges may extend project timelines. We will communicate any changes promptly.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose project details, business information, or technical specifications to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or with your written permission.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

We Warrant:

• Services will be performed with professional skill and care
• Applications will function as specified in project documentation
• We will use industry-standard development practices

Disclaimer: Except as expressly stated, services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

9. Limitation of Liability

Growth Labz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific services in question.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination, the client remains responsible for payment of services rendered up to the termination date. Deliverables completed up to that point will be provided to the client.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
